Cleaning the Shul for Pesach - ניקיון בית הכנסת לפסח

‍Beginning this coming Tuesday night, we will start cleaning out the storage boxes near each seat in the shul. Please empty the boxes of any personal belongings by that time. Any siddurim/sefarim left in the boxes will be put back on the shelves. Any water bottles, candy, loose papers, etc. will be disposed of.


There will be two marked boxes in the lobby for geniza.


There is also a large amount of clothing left in the shul. Whatever is not collected by Tuesday night will be donated.

‍Feed a Family Project

‍פרויקט פיד א פמילי

‍Pesach is around the corner and KSYM has once again teamed up with Feed-A-Family to help them with Passover packages for needy families of Modiin. We need volunteers to pack the items and deliver them to families. 


On Wednesday April 17, between 15:30- 18:30 we will be packing the boxes. 


Packing will be at KSYM .  Each family/group of friends will have a 30-minute slot in which they will pack for 2 families and then deliver to those families in Modiin. Please sign up with this link to register for a time slot:

‍פסח בפתח וקהילת שערי יונה מנחם שוב חברו לפרויקט "פיד-א-פמילי" כדי לחלק חבילות פסח למשפחות נזקקות במודיעין. אנחנו צריכים מתנדבים שיארזו את החפצים ויעבירו אותם למשפחות.


ביום רביעי 17.4 בין השעות 15:30-18:30 נארוז את הארגזים.


האריזה תהיה ב-KSYM. לכל משפחה/קבוצת חברים תהיה משבצת של 30 דקות בה הם יארזו ל-2 משפחות ולאחר מכן יעבירו לאותן משפחות במודיעין. אנא הירשם באמצעות הקישור הזה כדי להירשם למשבצת זמן:
